A DAY OF COMMUNITY

More than candy.
A chance to care.

Trunk or Treat brings families together for decorated trunks, candy, games, booths, and free food from the Serve 6.8 food truck. Admission is free, and everyone is welcome.

Our Serve 6.8 partnership also connects families with Thanksgiving baskets, Christmas gifts, and ongoing community resources. Helping with the event is one way to make those connections possible.

FIND YOUR PART

Four ways to help.

01 · HOST

Bring a trunk.
Bring some joy.

Interested in decorating a trunk and welcoming families? Send a request through the form. Our team will review your request and confirm your participation before you bring a trunk.

Request to host a trunk

02 · VOLUNTEER

Help the day
come together.

You don’t need to host a trunk to make a difference. Send a volunteer request through the form. Our team will review your request and confirm your participation and role before the event.

Request to volunteer

03 · DONATE SUPPLIES

Share treats
and giveaways.

Donate candy or other giveaways, including allergy-friendly and non-food options, so more children can enjoy the afternoon.

Contact our team to arrange a donation or ask what would be most helpful.

04 · GIVE FINANCIALLY

Support the
community welcome.

A financial gift helps support Trunk or Treat and the welcome we offer our neighbors.

On the giving page, select
Trunk or Treat Donation
as the fund.

AFTER YOU SIGN UP

We’ll take it
from there.

The same form covers requests to host a trunk and requests to volunteer. Let us know how you’d like to help so our team can coordinate with you.

Both trunk hosts and volunteers require team approval. Submitting the form does not confirm your participation; please wait for our team’s confirmation before bringing a trunk or serving as a volunteer.

The event runs from 1–3 p.m. Setup and volunteer instructions will come from the team; use the contact links below if you have a question before signing up.
